Web Design
	GreenSites.com/Chanticleer Complete Internet Inc requests 1/3 (one third) of cost, and all supplied site content in its final format, before work can begin. Upon completion of the preliminary Design, the Site will be made available to the client (placed upon the World Wide Web for the client's eyes only, or E-mailed to the client, or other means as necessary). The client has the right to view the sight and recommend changes. Once the site is completed, the site will enter the Beta Testing stage. Prior to this phase the client pays 1/3 (one third) of the cost. During the Beta Testing stage the client and GreenSites.com/Chanticleer Complete Internet Inc will test the site to make sure it is working correctly and meets the objectives of the client. Once Beta Testing is complete and prior to the launch of the site, the client pays the final 1/3 (one third) of the costs. Upon receipt of the total payment, the client's completed Web Site will be posted on the World Wide Web, and the Design agreement is fulfilled. Should the Client and GreenSites.com/Chanticleer Complete Internet Inc be unable to come to an agreement about the completion of the Design, the text-only portion of the site will be copied onto a 3.5" disk. This disk, along with a copy of the Agreement and the Refund Policy, will be delivered by mail to the Client. The down payment as well as any portion of the site not supplied by the client, including but not limited to, graphics and lay-out designs, remain the property of GreenSites.com/Chanticleer Complete Internet Inc. The text remains the property of the Client and any contract between GreenSites.com and the Client will be considered terminated.
Domain Name Registration:
	The cost of registering a Domain Name is $80 Canadian. This secures the domain for 2 years. After the 2 years the domain can be renewed for $40 per year. The cost is fully refundable until the Domain Name is registered. Upon registration the entire sum is non-refundable.
Web Hosting:
	60 day Money Back Guarantee. All Web Hosting is paid for in advance. Most clients pay for their first year of hosting in advance to save on the set up fees. If for any reason the customer is dissatisfied with Chanticleer Complete Internet's Hosting services within the first 60 days, and wishes to move or remove their Web Site, we will refund any unused server time. To discontinue our services, Chanticleer Complete Internet must receive from the client a postal mailed letter or fax, stating when the client wishes the Hosting to end, why the client is dissatisfied. The request must include the title and signature of the sender. Chanticleer Complete Internet will phone to confirm receipt of the letter, and the date the Hosting will be terminated. Any set up fees are non-refundable.
Other:
	Special requests for individual items, such as banners, animations, logo designs, or custom artwork require 30% of the total up front and the remainder upon completion. .If the order is cancelled, this deposit is not refundable. A 60 day warranty is given against HTML errors, but this warranty is null and void if the user makes enhancements or changes within this period. A fee of $75.00 per hour will be charged to correct errors created by the client. All credit card purchases are subject to verification, and approval We reserve the right to refuse work we have deemed offensive or inappropriate. The Web site shall not be used to store or disseminate material of a threatening or slanderous nature. GreenSites.com does not create nor host adult-only Web sites. The servers may not be used for the sending of unsolicited e-mail. GreenSites.com reserves the right to deactivate any Web site account at any time, if the account is in violation of this agreement. The clients request for services constitutes acceptance of these conditions, acknowledging that the client has read and agrees to abide by these conditions.
